Definitions:
"CMH" - refers to ClassicalMusicHomepage.com, a HomepageVentures Company
"existing subscriber" - an existing CMH diary service subscriber
"voucher" - an incentive voucher redeemable against future subscription payments or purchases in the shop
"voucher bank" - the number of CMH vouchers accrued by an existing subscriber
"voucher accellerator" - the exponential rate of vouchers on offer for existing subscribers who recommend others to CMH
- CMH encourages existing subscribers to recommend CMH to friends and colleagues, and, with their permission, submit their contact details to CMH in order for CMH to contact that person with the intention of setting up an account on CMH.
- For every new diary service member who joins CMH following the submission of that person's contact details to CMH on this form, CMH will credit the existing subscriber's voucher bank with the appropriate number of vouchers. The number of vouchers will follow the voucher accellerator as detailed here
- The value of each voucher is defined as £1, redeemable in two ways: as cashback against online purchases in the CMH store at the rate of 1 voucher for every whole £10 spent on goods (excluding postage and packing) OR as a direct discount on future CMH subscription charges at face value. In both cases existing subscribers must submit their voucher claim by email to vouchers@classicalmusichomepage.com
- A referral is confirmed when a new member joins the CMH diary service and activates their account by text message, as a direct result of an existing member passing their details to CMH.
- Vouchers cannot be directly redeemed for cash at any time.
- Vouchers are not transferable and can only be redeemed against online purchases in the CMH shop or against future diary service subscription charges.
- In event of dispute, CMH’s decision will be final
